I'd like an honest and informed opinion. I'd like to know if im strong, weak, or average physically, (when it comes to lifting weights) with the below exercises:
Bench press : 60kgs - 10 reps, 4 sets. Maximum reps in one go = 16 (with good form)
Bicep Curl using dumbells : 15 kgs - 7-10 reps, 4 sets.
Press ups: Around 35.
Other exercises : N/A cos I use machines or can't remember exactly.
I ask cos i'm going gym with my mate and he always beats me when it comes either to weight, reps, or even sets..... annoying
, cos i'm kinda competitive,lol.
I'm 6'0 and 78 kgs/175lbs.
