Am I still liable if my name is on the car title but have a divorce decree and

affidavit? I went through a divorce and my ex-wife got the car in question. I come to find out my name is still on the title. Due to various circumstances getting in contact with her is not an option. If she causes damages to something with the car could I be held liable as well as her even though the divorce decree says she has sole ownership and I have an affidavit filed that says I have no interest in the car?
