Am I still going through puberty at 24?

I have no hair on my body. Only around penis, under arms and on legs.

I am really skinny and its like my body hasnt developed. I weigh 11st and am 6ft so Im a good BMI but you can see my chest bones and rib bones.

I still get spots too.

I am weak but eat like a horse

is it a hormone problem?
 
Those can be symptoms of a thyroid hormone irabalance. Ask your doctor for TSH and free T4 tests to check it out.
