Am i sick? Or just sinuses?

my little sister woke up last night with a fever & was sick.. i think she puked somewhere in there too.. she had an upper respitory infection. for the past thirty minutes, my stomache has been hurting, & i've felt like i was going to puke, finally i just got up & went to the bathroom & sat infront of the toilet. & i pukeddddddd, alot. it came out my nose too! but it wasn't clear, it was colorful. & my stomache ache is gone, but now, my nose won't stop running! i blew it & blew it & blew it.. it doesn't hurt anymore from puking, but it won't stop running & it wasn't runny before i puked, & i can't lay my head down, or it hurts my head really bad & i layed at an angle(with a bunch of pillows) & i had something that felt like it was rolling down my throat.. no fever, but. i feel awful! help?!
