...being on the contract? My ex-girlfriend added a line on her cell phone plan for me. This was a cheaper option (that I thought) for both her and I. I was paying over two thirds of the bill and I just found that out because she has been lying about for about it for a year. I have researched the cell phone plans and it would be a lot cheaper to just get my own line. Am I responsible at all for any charges on her plan. I was not added to the plan by her request and did not sign any kind of contract. Can she legitimately sue me for any of the charges or is she solely responsible for it all? By the way we live in Texas.
