C Chris New member Mar 10, 2010 #1 The 8.5 miles is to the top and back. The mountain is table rock. I run 2.5 miles in 25 minutes three times a week. I do an exercise bike 12 - 14 mph 6 times a week for two hours a day. 25 situps 6 times a week. I'm 24, 6' and 209 lbs.
