I am 15 years old and a freshmen in high school.
When I first noticed the pain in my stomach I immediately thought I was pregnant. Truth is about 7 weeks ago I was pregnant and didn't realize it until the first month. I was so scared because I never thought this could have happened to me. I did have unprotected sex though, but the guy I was told me he knew what he was doing. I told my parents and I had a medical abortion at 6 weeks 5 days. It took about 3 weeks to get rid of the tissue in my stomach. I thought everything was okay. But then I had unprotected sex with an older guy who I knew he knew exactly what he was doing. I didn't intend for it to happened. & I know I am such a stupid girl for doing that again. It was more then 4 times without protection or birth control. But then after wards we started using condoms. Before I knew it I got my menstrual right when I expected it about 2 weeks later. & it was light but I knew that my period was supposed to be somewhat not normal because of the abortion. That night I had sex without a condom. & my blood was heavy because it was just everywhere. He pulled out but I was just so paranoid I thought he didn't all the way. But he reassured me that he did. After that my period was light and a bit mild on and off. One day it completely stopped and came back that night. My menstrual period lasted thursday night to tuesday. But it was just weird. After that I became completely paranoid about 'feeling pregnant'. I took about 7 pregnancy tests and they were all negative. I don't know what to do? I have been having this sharp pain in my lower left abdomen and sometimes higher in my tummy. I have been constipated, having to pee more often, but only little comes out sometimes. This morning it hurt just a tiny bit when I peed. I haven't gained wait, I have lost a little but I eat all the time. My stomach feels bloated and I don't know if its swollen inside, or if i'm pregnant. I have no food cravings, nausea or tenderness of the breasts. I know the symptoms of pregnancy. Its a constant sharp pain in my abdomen. I have not been bleeding or spotting. My poop is hard sometimes soft. I don't know if I have cancer, an infection, or if I need fiber, or if I am pregnant? I am so scared and really need some advice please
