Am I overlooking the Obvious

I run a small business. I want to sync a master contact and calendar list with multiple PDA users. I know that PDA means "personal" data assistant. But is there not a way (even with 3rd party software) to allow users to sync and share calendar/contacts information?? Would syncing to outlook allow this, perhaps everyone syncing to the public folder?

Outlook will allow for multiple users to share the same calendar etc.

You might also try ClearSync - although I have no personal experience with it.....it supposedly is a good product that is much talked about.
