Am I over exerting my self with exercise?

Hi there

I'm a 20 years old male, I'm 5"11 and I weigh 147lbs.
I play competitive football 4/5 times a week and I do other strength and cardiovascular exercises in my own time. I eat quite healthy but the problem I seem to be having is the recovery from my exercises.I can't seem to recover properly to be able to give it my all in the next exercise session.
I also have lower back pain which is very frustrating but I don't think that has anything to do with this fatigue.
Some advice and tips would be appreciated, especially from those who have been exercising regularly for a long period of time.
