I've been doing 3-5 hours a day of cycling and now on the 4/5th day I have not much energy left now during cycling, but I'm so dying to loose my last one stone as I've got a horrid muffin top and it restricts me from wearing lovely clothes, cant wear them now as it would show my bulging love handles and fat arms
What can I do??
& There is such yummy cakes in the house that I've started eating I'm soo bad.
Yogharts, Marzipan cake with fresh cream, Jam on toast!
I eat brekfast like an omlette, poached egg on toast or toast with butter
dinner ham or cheese sandwhich or cheese on toast
tea chicken and spinach pizza or chicken breast roaster and veg
snack cheese on toast or fruit or yoghart
^ thats what I usually eat.
