Am I legally obliged to delete informations about a company from my website if...

...the business owner asks me to? I have a UK website offering informations about other businesses in the UK. A business owner just asked me to withdraw all details about his company from my site but I feel I shouldn't have to.

Am I obliged to delete pictures and description about his business under UK law?
