You could be just paranoid. If your religious then it could be that you feel guilty because your doing something that god doesnt approve of so some how you think your day is going to go wrong.

It could also be that after mastrubating you still feel a little sexually frustrated so it affects your mood throughout the day
 
OK. I don't masturbate that much because when I do, the next day seems to go really bad and is full of awful things that happen.... does anyone else think this? I don't understand it!!
