My 2Nd. unemployment package ran out. I knew it would happened so I filed for my 3Nd.(and last) package and got the letter I would get it then 3 weeks later got letter saying My 1 year was up so I couldn't get benefits. I asked the (unemployment agency about this and the agent said she would refile me and I would get 8 more months(2 packets). OK this week I didn't get money so I went back and found out I broke the law because I'm files as 2 people and that's against the law.Did I do that? I don't remember doing that I just signed some papers. I wasn't arrested but lead out by a guard. Did I break the law? Do I need a lawyer? Am I going to jail?
