I got in trouble over a year ago, and I have made all my court dates thus far. However when I went in February, my attorney was not there, and since I had my infant, the attorney covering for her had me wait outside the courtroom and just took my papers. He later came out and told me I was good to go and could leave, so I did. Well turns out he filed for a continuance, and last night I opened a letter from my attorney asking to call her to turn myself in.(There's no way I would have skipped, I met all the pros. requirements before the date I missed!) I have a five month old, work today, and start a new job tomorrow. Am I going to jail this morning?
