Half English Muffin
Tbsp salsa
Boiled egg white
Small apple
Lunch:
Half thin wheat bun(50)
1 piece of lean ham(30)
Apple sauce
Banana
1 granola bar(95)
Dinner:
1.5 cups of curry and chicken
2 tbsp brown rice
5 pieces of broccoli
Dessert:
1 cup of ice cream and a couple walnuts
Ah, i know i cheated, i feel soo guilty and feel like i'm going to gain...will i??
And after i did a few sprints.
I'm 16 f, 117 pounds and 5' 7"
Will i gain???? Help.
What ya think?
