Okay, I got a drunk in public last November. When I had court they gave me six months to pay 385 dollars. Anyway seeing as I listened to my friends I decided to not pay it because I thought it would go to collections but instead another court date was set up for me that I didn't go to. After I found out that I had a warrent I went there and set up a new court date for two weeks from now. My question is are they going to give me more time to pay it if I admit I'm just an idiot and didn't realize this was going to happen or should I let work know I'm going to be out for a week or so?
I'm pretty sure bounty hunters are for people who had bail bondsmen put money up for them and then didn't appear. I never had to post bail.
