I started to glance things passing by my bedroom door like a little kid or something. I feel pain in my chest with feeling tired. I have nightmares & I woke up with a very bad heartbeat. I always feel a presence in my room. I want to use the ouija board to contact with the ( presence ) in my room. Is all of that an affection of depression?. I lost someone I was deeply in love with. is it time to Visit my psychiatrist?
Am I going crazy? there are weird thing happening here.?
