am i going about sex the wrong way??i still haven't had a relationship and i am 23?

23 and the longest i've dated a guy is 2 months.i am a virgin and guys just seem to want to have sex with me.i'm not waiting for marriage,or engagement or anything like that.i'm just waiting for someone that loves me and i love them.i think sex is important.but i don't want to be used my first time.i wouldn't make a guy wait 6 months or anything like that.just until i am comfortable.am i doing the wrong thing?
 
People have told me that the first time having sex is alway the worse cuz the fact that u have no experience in having sex. and a realationship shouldnt be about sex but rather the joy of love.
 
You are completly on the right track. Don't waste yourself on someone that doesn't care about you yourself. It will be worth waiting when you find that special guy. If you can't be with them for a year without sex, then they arn't the right person. Keep looking hun, you'll find him. :)
 
Nah you're fine. I made my boyfriend wait a year and a half. I'm 22. Someone will eventually come along that won't rush you into things. As long as you feel comfortable with them and think they are the right person.
 
you're not doing the wrong thing but most guys including myself want a girl who likes sex but if you're a virgin and you want to make it special or whatever then i guess you'll just have to wait
