Am I fit to ride a Yamaha Fz-s ? My description is below.?

I'm 5"8 tall. I weigh 140 lbs. I can lift up to 45 kgs on my back. The Yamaha Fz-s 150cc is a bison of a bike. You may think I'm weak, but I am only 14. But can I ride one now?
