Am I exercising too much?

So I counted that from last Saturday to yesterday I did like 27 laps which is around 16 miles of jogging and walking, but mostly jogging on the track. Is that too much? I also walk to class a lot uphill and downhill because I live in a big campus and I have 2 classes everyday. I'm also planning to go run today, but I doubt I would do 25 laps this week because I have an exam and quiz next week. I'm just doing this to stay healthy and maybe lose some fat or weight. Am I exercising too much?
