im 5'1 & 92 lbs. i love exercising, im addicted to it, i dont want to lose weight . i just like being active. i walk 3 miles in the mornings everyday. that takes me about an hour. then i run for 30 mins in the evenings, 4 days a week. i run at the local park so i have to bike there and back which takes me about an hour. i also do yoga for 20 mins in the evenings everyday. without counting yoga, im exercising about 2.5 hours most days. is that okay and safe? am i doing any damage to my body? sometimes i get sore muscles if i push myself too hard.
