I'm 5'4" and 3/4", 14, and weigh 134 pounds. I'm CONSTANTLY tired, even when I sleep 9-10 hours at night. I eat an average of 1200 calories a day, and exercise 10 1/2 hours a week moderately to intensely. Could my exhaustion be due to this? Also, for optimum weight loss, would it be wiser to keep up this calorie intake and reduce exercise or keep my exercise the same ans just eat more?
