So i exercise 6-7 days a week.
I do 30 minutes on a stationary bike, then
100 crunches, 30 pushups, some bicep curls and tricep extensions with a very low weight.
20 lunges, 2 sets of planks for like, 30 seconds each maybe?
and then I do some things like single leg extensions, side leg lifts.. ( 20 times with each leg/arm )
I do this at least 6 times a week.
I'm 16 5'1 and like, 97 lbs. ( Female ) I know I'm a little underweight.
I eat really healthily; I'm really anal about the food I eat. I don't like eating processed crap, no one seems to understand why ( I'd like to live past the age of 40, thanks.. )
Anyway, I feel like I'm maybe exercising too much? I don't like missing days, and I feel like I HAVE to do it every day.. It kind of interferes with things, like doing extracurriculars for school, volunteering, getting a job.. etc.
I don't know why I worry about it so much? I eat at least 1500 calories a day, and I just want to be healthy D: Should I exercise less? What advice do you have?
I also walk to school ( 12 minutes ) and from school ( 12 minutes ) every day of the week ( 5 days ) Usually.
My bedroom is also in my basement, and I am constantly running up and down the stairs for things!
Kate, that would be a ridiculous amount of exercise for me to do.
I am in the 11th grade. Taking 3 science courses and an Art this semester. I have a 94% average, and need to keep my grades up to get a scholarship/bursary/MONEY for university.
