Am I exercising enough?

I'm 5' 8" and 152 lbs. I work out about 4 times a week for 1 hour sessions. All 4 days I do cardio, anywhere from 30-45 mins and about 15-20 mins of strength training 3 of the 4 days. My cardio consists of running for 15 mins on the treadmill, 20 mins on the elliptical trainer, stair climbing, bike, walking on incline, etc. I try to mix it up. My strength training is mostly leg weights, but occasionally I do upper-body. I don't really want to bulk up, especially my upper-body. My main goal is to lose some weight in my butt/thighs. I eat pretty healthy. A lot of lean protein, fruits, and veggies. What else do I need to be doing? Also, I work 3rd shift 3 days a week, 12 hour shifts. Any suggestions on how to manage my diet with my schedule?
