Am I exercising enough?

I exercise pretty much every day, Although it isn't always to vigorous. I have badminton practice 3 to 5 days a week, and ride my bike every day a few miles. Badminton isn't too hard but we get a decent workout and its for around an hour and a half. I've started eating much healthier I completely quit fast food and rarely drink soda, I'm fourteen and have gone from 242 pounds to 215 in a few months, although i still want to lose about 50 more. (I've also been running every day)
