However, elections in USA are fake. It is a show for entertainment. Both parties are two faces of one head. The bipartisan system is a duopoly in government.
I would say Democrats are less bad than liberal republicans like Bush junior.

Yo voto en Mexico porque soy ciudadano Mexicano.

NOPE, If you do not jump thru the hoops, then NO you have no say, nor do I in your country!! You also have no right to my health care, unless you pay for it, why should I pay for your health care??? with my hard earned money! You and about 10 million more!!

you can discuss and vote(have to be us citizen first) all you want but it wont matter, some guys will just pick the next president anyways.

On Yahoo! yes. Not in a American election whereas you need to be a Naturalized or born in the US citizen.
Freedom of expression is a personal "right" for most humans in most countries.
Tonight Obama, the Cambridge cop, and Racist college professor Louis will express politics, express feelings, and drink beers.

vote no, discuss, yes.

Just like we are not entitled to vote in Mexico's elections.

Just like when I was a resident in Iraq, I was not allowed to vote there either.
