am i eating to much junk..?

ok this is what i normaly have...not like everyday though.(im 13)

For breakfast-two eggs on brown bread. With a glass of pure orange.
dinner-packet of crisps, sausage roll, orange, salad sandwich. And pure apple for a drink.
tea-pasta with bacon and cheese with a jacket potatoe. And a glass of coke.
before bed-chcolate bar.

Am i eating to much junk..?

What can i do to improve my diet..?

ok for me dinner is the same as lunch.
And tea is the main cooked meal.

you're fine as long as you're not over weight
try cutting out the chocolate bar before bed and replacing it with a fruit
it's so much healthier for you
you shouldn't be snugging down on sugar before bed.

& maybe cut out the bacon for lunch. just stick to your sandwich and juice
& maybe for diner, try eating real food instead of sandwiches.
 
cut back on the sausage, and soda. try drinking water instead. here are some ideas:

breakfast: fruit smoothie, eggs on wheat, oatmeal with coconut, banana, blueberries, and cinnamon, yogurt, whole wheat bagel or pizza topped with lots of veggies!

lunch: blt (lean turkey bacon, lettuce, tomato), salad with romaine, carrots, cucumber, red onion, drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar

snack: piece of fruit, small bowl of cheerios, handful of walnuts, a yogurt

dinner: chicken enchilada, veggie burger, veggie pizza, salad, lentil soup, citrus shrimp

dessert: baked apples with honey, sweet cereal, peanut butter and banana wrapped in whole wheat tortilla or pita bread
