Am I eating ok? No... =(?

About how many calories is this? Is it sustainable for a 17 year old boy?

Breakfast:
cup of chereos
1/2 cup of milk
banana.

Lunch:
3/4 cup of milk,
1 serving of sandwich ham
1 serving of sandwich cheese
2 pieces of bread

Dinner
2 handfuls of whatever mom is making.
By handful I mean what can fit on my right hand without falling.

This is all I've eaten in the past week everyday. Is it effective for weight loss if I workout everyday for 30 minutes? how long would it take me to lose 30 pounds if I am 5'9'' and 170lbs?
