Am I eating healthy? Any improvements?

I gonna work out for an hour everyday

B: 1 whole wheat slice + 1 spoon healthy peanut butter + fruit

S: 10 dry almonds

L: 1/2 cup of beans + green salad

S: Fruit or 10 almonds

D: Baked salmon, stirfried broccoli and mixed veggies ( little bit extra virgin olive oil)

S: Apple slices + 1/2 spoon natural peanut butter
