Am I eating enough for my active lifestyle?

In the avg. day I work out upper body and abs in the morning and run in the afternoon(I'm an XC runner). 1/4 a cup of instant oatmeal mixed with 1/2 of cup of water and also a scoop of whey protein constitute my breakfast. At around 12:30-1:00 is when I have lunch, which is some kind of fruit and normally a chicken salad with a little bit of Italian dressing and a vegetable of some kind. Then for dinner I eat something different everyday but always consisting of a meat and vegetable. Around 7-8 I eat a bowl of cereal(normally Honey Bunches of Oats with Skim Milk) and maybe something else.
