Am I eating a healthy breakfast on a weekly basis?

Here is an example of what I'll usually eat when I wake up. I try to mix it up so it doesn't get boring. I stick to the suggested serving size, unless it's a low-fat/calorie cereal, or going into a granola type mix for yogurt/oatmeal, for example, when I use nuts and dried fruit, I just add a tablespoon or so. By the way, I'm 16, 5'11, and last time I weighed myself (couple of weeks ago), I came in around 130. I'm not really that active at all (home schooled, and living abroad due to my dad’s job), and try to stick to around 1000-1500 calories a day.

Sunday: Fat-free plain yogurt with dried fruit, and nuts
Monday: Old fashioned oatmeal with dried fruit, nuts, and a dash of semi-skimmed milk
Tuesday: Cheerios (two servings), with half-cup semi-skimmed milk, and a banana
Wednesday: Low-fat fruit and grain with four tablespoons of peanut butter
Thursday: Whole wheat Ritz crackers with four tablespoons of peanut butter
Friday: Breakfast cereal with half-cup skimmed milk. Usually nothing to sugary/fattening, like Quaker Oatmeal Squares
Saturday: Breakfast cereal with half-cup skimmed milk. Usually nothing to sugary/fattening, like Post Selects Great Grains-Raisins, Dates, and Pecans

Every once in a while I will splurge, and have a muffin or something like that.
