I exercise 6 days a week, and this is what I try to do:
First thing in the morning:
Intense running in place or jump rope for 5 minutes (I head a quick burst of cardio first thing in the morning helps)
After school:
20 minutes on my treadmill (burning 100+ calories.......I have asthma so I can't RUN much but I do a few 45 seconds intervals of running......about every 2 - 3 minutes)
20 minutes of stair walking, sprinting up and walking down (I've read that 10 minutes on the stairs burns 100 calories....)
After dinner:
30 minutes on my treadmill (150 - 200 calories....see above for running)
15 - 20 minutes of strength training (Squats, lunges, push ups, weight-lifting; I do all of those with 10 lbs weights in both hands.......quite hard actually)
And during the time I sit at the computer:
After every half hour of sitting, I intend on getting up and doing 10 minutes of jump rope
I really wanna lose 10 lbs before Christmas, but I'm really sore. My mom said I'm overworking myself....
