Am I doing this chemistry equation right? D:?

Oh AP chemistry, how you stress me out...

So we've been working on gas laws and random stuffs like that and I kind of forgot all the rules and exceptions on balancing equations already :X
But maybe I've got it right, who knows.

So, I'm supposed to write the balanced equation of "A solution of acetic acid is added to a solution of potassium carbonate".

Please tell me if that formula I made is correct D:

2C2H4O2 + K2CO3 = CO2 + H2O + 2KC2H3O2

Also, is potassium acetate soluble?, because I need to write out the net ionic too.

Also the question about this says "If one mole of each reactant is used, which reactant, if any, will limit the amount of the product.
So, when it says "amount of product" should I use the potassium acetate, the water, or the carbon dioxide to see which of the moles would be less?
