i want to lose about 15-20 pounds i want to get rid of all my stomach fat and i know its impossible to spot reduce but am i doing things right...i stay at the gym for 2 1/2 hours in this time i do the bicycle for 20 minutes the treadmill jogging for 10-15 and some other eliptical i dont know the name of but its like climbing stairs and running for another 15-20...and then i do weights on my innner thighs and outter thighs 3sets of ten on each and then i do 100crunches i do my arms 3 sets of 10 ...nd some other thing where my upper half of my body is dangling and i lift up with a weight 3 sets of 10 am i on the right track please and thank you
