I run roughly 2-4km 3-4 times a week at 9km and increase it to 11km at the last 60metres, then burn 100 cals on the cross trainer and sometimes row 2000m as well as weights and then go home and play soccer for over an hour and usualy swim for a bit. I weigh 80 kilos after losing 10, I am 24 and female and i dont seem to be losing anymore? I have only been eating fruit for brekkie and lunch and sometimes a sandwich for dinner or kangaroo meat I seriously cant eat anymore than that as I feel too full. Any suggestions???
