Am i depressed, or real illness?

My dr thinks so.

I have:

Fatigued
Sad
Crying for no reaason
I have had thoughts of suicide... even infront of my mom
headaches...backaches.,... etc.
trouble sleeping... andwaking up
being very snippy, like angery

Feeling cloudy minded... like i am not all here...
weak, doing small tasks are hard

no fever
small cough
tailbone pain...



Help... what can i do?
i am sixeen and never had a bf... no firs kiss.
