Am i bloating, is it my posture, etc... or is it stomach fat?

I'm a 14 year old boy and i'm about 5'7-5'8. I workout almost everynight(around 3-5 times a week) and i do pushups, sit-ups, stretches, and other exercises. My stomach seems to stick out some though. If i lay down and lift up my uppder body a little bit i can see a six pack but when i stand up straight my stomach seems to stick out some. I can grab the skin on my stomach but what's if it's fat? It doesn't look like fat. My most favorite drink is milk and i drink 2-3 glasses a day. Could my stomach be bloating from the gas that milk gives you? When i sit down i usually slouch down and i don't sit up straight. Maybe it has something to do with my posture. I have pectorial muscles but my abs don't show(if i have any, i'm sure i do).

I don't eat much, even if i'm hungry i wait a couple hours and get a small meal like a peanut butter sandwich or w/e has protein. I usually get around 10minutes-1hour of outside activity everyday then i may workout at night for 10minutes-to 30minutes. If my stomach is bloating or if it's just my posture or something else, what can i do to stop it? Or is it stomach fat?

I weigh around 115-120lbs
