so i am 14 and a boy and i am a freshman in high school now. i am doing xc for the FIRST TIME this year and well...its different from track. here are my pr's from last track season 5 months ago:

and here is my fastest 5k time this season:21:01
not that good but still proves that i can hold at least under 7 for 3.1miles. but anyways am i more of a sprinter or a distance runner? i feel like a distance runner because i am doing xc and winter running/track and track, and my goals are more oriented towards distance like under min for 400, under 2:15 for 800, under 5:20 for mile, and under 19 for 5k. but my distance times arent that good so what do you think.
