Am i being scammed, I got an sms from nokia saying I won money?

I got an sms from nokia saying that i won money. When I called the number they told me that they would sent me the check from UK with plane if i pay insurance.
The person handling the transaction gave me his name, cellphone number and bank account number they also send me a prize certificate and asked me for my tax clearance certificate
