Am I being ripped off by buying used Honda Fit 2008 for $9,500?

I'm thinking about buying this used Honda 2008 fit from this auto dealership. It is cheap $9499 with Mileage of only 12,798 mi. This seems too good to be true. Other fits are selling around $15,000 with 35,000 mi. on them. Am I being paranoid or is something not right? They want cash.
 
It sounds like a good deal. Probably a trade they want to get rid of. It's still under warranty? Have a mechanic you trust go over it top to bottom.
