Ok i have a bb 8100. i have no data plan, but i can still access the internet and stuff from the bb browser. is tmobile gonna charge me to look at websites and stuff and dwld sttuff?
 
U need to negotiate this and get the $20 data plan during your first 30 days while you can still cancel your contract. U may be able to get them to reverse charges if u add the service. U won't be able to downgrade later though
I use my data plan far more than I ever thought. Would recommend if u can afford.

~via BB (wap.rabroad.com)~hopefully they will negotiate with you. ATT no longer negotiates. They just prorate it so hopefully you haven't used it much: if you have then just plead ignorance and they might give you a break.
 
I hear it now! PLEASE OH PLEASE!! I DIDNT KNOW!!! IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO TO GET THEM CHARGES TAKEN OFF!! LOL But seriously yeah AT&T will only prorate everything now. And addon to wasntxme.. yeah im using it way more then i even use my home computers and work computers. Its like when you go to cable internet you will never want to go back to dialup ever again.
 
Are you accessing t-zones wap sites or clicking on the world browser symbol? T-zones is free. How did you come about getting the phone? Is it a new activation? Are you certain that the dealer didn't add the feature at the time of activation? Technically speaking, you wouldn't be able to get on the browser without the 19.99 add on. Call 611 and get it cleared up.

Actually I was quite surprised that the Data plan was only like $20!

For me this is hard to saym bu Shi..I mean Tmobile has been giving me decent service! the first time inlike five years but HEY!
 
Hey, I do criticise T-Mobile when there is a reason to... but overall they do offer good service, and VERY low prices: $20 a month covers Internet access INCLUDING using the BB as a modem.
