Am I an ugly guy in these pictures?

I have never really dated a girl and I've always wantted to. However, I don't get anywhere. I am always nice to girls and I always look at them as free thinking women who have their rights and command respect. Lot of jerks I know go around 'digging for chicks' and end up dating well enough. Also, I am quite sociable and am talented at some things. Does it have to do with my looks? Do I look really ugly? If so, what could I do to possibly look a little more decent?
