...media mail rate? I have a few tyvek priority mail envelopes that I want to use but I want to send books in them. Would I be allowed to use them as a waterproof cover and then just wrap the whole thing in that brown mailing paper and send it at a media mail rate? I don't see where this would be against any USPS rules. Any info would be helpful.
