Depends where you live. I have heard that some states can be funny about public nudity (in your own property) if you are in sight of children. Maybe just phone your local council and ask them, they will know. Or if they don't know contact your local police station. You will feel silly asking but it will be better than being arrested in front of all your family and neighbours!
