Am I allowed to stop a contract with t-mobile after awful service?

T-Mobile failed to provide my product last year yet they still billed me, despite over 30 contacts with the company they failed to act and somewhat acted rudely and disturbing. Suddenly last Thurs, they phoned me and offer me carry on with my contract despite them billing me 8 months for a product I did not have and also they refer me to debt collectors whilst ignoring my concerns/complaints. Am I liable to continue this contract althru T-Mobile failed to provide my product 8 months ago and also ignored my concerns whilst billing me for a product that I didn't get!
