The Texas Penal Code states that I cannot "knowingly possess" knuckles. Does "possession" still apply If I only have the belt buckle in my home and not in public? The knuckles were my grandfather's, he was a drug dealer in China, I keep them for personal purposes and I don't intend to use them, especially not try to damage them.
