...and I dont intend to fix the car? I was In a Wreak the other day and the Back side of my car is Damaged. I got an estimate on the car and its damage outways the value of the car. Ive Had the car 3 days. Its a nice car in all but i dont know if i should let the car insurance pay me and take the car and ill get a different car. Or if i can take the money & buy the title back and figure somthing else out with the car and get a different car with the money and later on fix up that car......What would be the best thing? (the car is in perfect condition other then the back end).
