the letter says: Until the amount owing is paid in full, your motor vehicle services will be restricted. This includes all services related to Vehicle Registration and Driver licensing. Can I still drive my car until a month before I renew my registration, I'll pay the fine?please advise

Since I don't know what state you are in, I can't tell you the exact law. Generally speaking, you are not supposed to be driving. However, it is unlikely you will go to jail if they catch you driving when the ticket hasn't been paid. They may add more charges or impound your car, so pay your fine!

I didn't pay a ticket for 6 months in some dumb hick town. They sent me a letter saying they were going to put a warrant out for my arrest so I went and paid it. No big deal.
Just pay it as quick as you can.
