Am I able to use an unlocked phone with virgin mobile?

If I buy an unlocked cell phone, will I be able to use a Vrigin Mobile Sim Card with it, although the phone is not a prepaid phone from Virgin Mobile?
So spoken clearly: I buy an unlocked HTC MyTouch (T-Mobile) 3G Slide ... In insert a Prepaid Sim Card from Virgin Mobile, which covers unlimeted texting and web using. Am I able to use these services?
 
Yes, it will definitely work with the phone, HTC MyTouch 3G Slide. Only locked phones have the problem of being with one network.I suffered due to a locked phone and luckily unlocked it using the permanent unlock service from Mobileunlocksolutions.com and for free instructions followed the instructions in Mobileunlockguide.com
