I pay 100/month parking underground at my apartment. The spot I park in has a ceiling that is basically rusted through and looks white, copper looking. The ceiling dripped tons of water droplets on too my car. When it was washed off, it basically made surface paint damage to my car because of the rust/chemical mold on the ceiling. Am I able to get my car fixed and not be responsible. In my contracts I never signed anything that says they are not responsible. The only thing I signed was the garage opener paper. It is title "Garage opener rules". In one of the paragraphs it talks about not driving through the garage gate, following a car that just opened it. And that it will not be responsible for damages. That last line is a little vague whether it is refering to the garage door opening or the entire parking lot in general. Thanks for your help/advice.
